The best thing to do in this case is to send e-mails to the venues (Places where the concerts are being held) and asking them if they would forward fan mail to Kelly while she is there!

Write something like this...

Dear _________,

I am wondering if you will be forwarding fan mail to Kelly Clarkson on *State the date she is there* and if so, do you have a special address to send to or is your address the valid one,

I had the same problem with the venue (I did not know which one I should choose), 'cause I'm going to send a letter to my favourite band, Apocalyptica.
I used your advice, I sent an e-mail to all the places where they'll play and, so far, I've received one positive answer.
