how many irs??

How many ircs' should i put in ( I live in GA, USA) for photo size envelope? It is time to try to get some autographs from the UK and Germany. I have never sent overseas, so I need some help. Thank You So Much Allen

Hi i've had some successes from Uk to USA some i've used 1 others i've used 2 or one i used 3 it's hard to tell depends on Envelope size and weight. but i've seen most successes with about 2 IRC'S. Hope this helps
