i have tried it replies back with a auto message saying they should reply soon why are you even putting stuff on this topic if you don't know

Like I already said in your first topic, you have to send them a letter now. They will usually email you this:

"Dear (Name),

Thank you for your e-mail to the DISNEYLAND Resort.

We are excited to learn that you are a dedicated fan of the Disney
characters. As our Disney characters are very busy greeting park
Guests,
we ask that all requests for one (1) character fan card be submitted in
writing. For this reason, we are unable to comply with your request for
a character fan card from email at this time. We suggest sending your
written request via certified mail to ensure delivery. Please address
all correspondence to:

DISNEYLAND Resort
Guest Communications
Attn: Character Fan Mail
P.O. Box 3232
Anaheim, CA 92803

Written requests will be processed and fulfilled in the order in which
they are received during regular business hours (Monday through
Friday).
Please allow a 4 to 6 week response to receive your character fan card.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter."
