Pre Signed Bookplate from Tony Blair?

I e-mailed Tony Blair's office today, requesting an authentic autographed bookplate. I recieved an e-mail back saying "due to high a volume of similar requests, I regret that Mr Blair is unable to personalise your book, but he would be happy to send you a pre signed book plate". What is a pre-signed bookplate? Is it one that is ran through a machine or is it an ACTUAL signature? Just wondering...

It most likely is a bookplate with a facsimile signature.

I e-mailed Tony Blair's office last year asking for a
HANDSIGNED BOKPLATE and a month later, I received an authentic bookplate. There are instances that they send autopenned bookplates so you better ask politely that you would like to received a handsigned one.
Goodluck!
