I'm writing to Juila Witer, and i was wondering..

1. how many IRCS from the USA to London
2. Can I just include a SASE or do they have to be London stamps? thanks soo much!!

2-3 IRCs should be enough! 3 if you want to play it safe. And you can't include an SASE, because:

1) That would defeat the purpose of sending IRCs!
2) Something sent from the UK with American postage will not get anywhere

However, I would include a SAE if I were you!
