Question about IRCs (from a Newbie!)

I have a question regarding IRCs...

When I'm getting ready to mail them to another country, do I need to have anything done to them? (Such as having "U.S." stamped on them?) Just wondering... Thanks!

Cartoon [us]

Met In Person: Tim Pawlenty, George W. Bush, Karl Rove, Michael Reagan, and Mike Huckabee.

Through the Mail: General Tommy Franks

Used books that I've bought that contained autographs from the following: Jerome R. Corsi, Joseph Farah, John R. Bolton, and Richard Land, Rudy Giuliani, Barbara Bush, and Newt Gingrich.

IRC's have two boxes on them, for PO stamp's. When they are sold the clerk will stamp in one with an ink stamp, automatically as part of the sale to validate them. The other box is for the other PO when they are redeemed.
