I know that when I sent her an email I did get a generic reply that they send to everyone. She was real popular for a while on the board sending out a lot of autographs. I think she must have realized something like this was happening because then she started emailing back and said if you would like an autograph to send a SASE. so if you are really interested then send an SASE to the address listed for her in the database.
