Just a few simple questions for a new guy! Conan O Brien

Hello everyone
I recently stumbled upon this this website and I noticed that many people have gotten success for getting autographs from Conan O' Brien.
I found his address and I would like him to sign my picture that I like to send to him.
But a few questions before I do this:
Who long does a letter have to be?
Is this one I wrote sufficient?
Dear Conan O’Brien
I absolutely love your show and I’ve been watching every episode ever since the premier on TBS and I also watched The Tonight Show too. It would mean a lot to me if you can sign this picture.

Would it be considered disrespectful if the picture that I will send is printed from the website but on glossy paper?
Is the SASE too big that I Sent to him? Its about a size of a paper?
I also put some cardboard in the envelope and wrote "DO NOT BEND" on it. Is it good enough?
Also finally what else do I need to include to make the chances of him responding to me much better?
