A SASE Question

Unread post by BossC »

I usually don't use SASE's but want to use some now so I have a question.

Where do you mention the SASE in your letter? I have searched the site and found many sample letters but none mention including a SASE.

I thought that perhaps I would mention it after I asked for an autographed photo but I was wondering how everyone else asked in their letters.

So, where do you put it? As a P.S.? or somewhere in the letter?

Thanks,
BossC

Hello!!

Great question!!

Usually after my letter, at he end i write "If it is possible can i please have a signed picture of yourself, it would truly mean a lot to me. I have encluded a Self Addressed Stamped envelope for the picture, Thank you!"

Hope that helped!

Hi BossC,

I don't usually mention the SASE at all; the celebrities know what it is for :D However, if I am going to mention it, I either tell them right after I have asked for the autograph, or in a p.s. Either one should be fine. You could say something like:

p.s. I have included a self-addressed, stamped envelope to make it easier for you to reply!

Hope this helped {up}
