How to Request Russell Brand's Autograph?

I know of Russell Brand's fan mail address:

But I was wondering if it's his current fan mail address. I was also wondering how I would send a request? Should I send a letter with a SAE? Would I have to include postage stamps? I live in USA so it's a bit tricky... I would love some feedback, especially from those of you who have had success with Mr. Brand. I know I sound like an idiot, asking all these questions, but it's my first time and I've been wishing I had his autograph for ages! Thanks for your help.
