How do you send a SAE A4 sized envelope and a small one at once?

Both as a return envelope? If so, why would you need two of them?

Like i have one with the LOR (letter to them) and one with the photos etc. How would you do that?

So you put the small envelope inside the envelope that you are sending to the celebrity? I personally don't think you need the small envelope to store the photos though as it might confuse people. If you are using the small envelope to protect the photos, I suggest then to put "Do Not Bend" on your envelope to the celebrity and put the photos in a sleeve or something.
By the way, I am assuming the one you mentioned "with the LOR" to be the one you are sending to the celebrity and not the SAE.
