IRC

Hi everyone!
I´ve done this a long time but I´m still not sure how many Irc`s you need to put in letters if I want to get something back from USA to Finland. Is it 3 or 2?

I would assume it would depend on the size of the envelope and how many photos you are including. You could get away with two but I'd personally include three to be safe. Then again, I don't use IRC at all - I use stamps.

I can´t get foreign stamps here very easily. I´ve tried to find some way, but still no luck. would you be willing to sell me some?

I don't have any to spare at the moment, unfortunately. I can let you know when I get some (I get a friend in America to buy me them). If you look on the sale section of the forum you'll also find some people selling them and they accept Paypal.
