I have some 11x17 items that I would love signed....has anyone ever sent such an item TTM? Did you use those small mailing tubes, rolled? Or a large envelope with the poster protected with cardboard? Are there envelopes that big to carry an 11x17 poster? How did you manage to arrange the self-addressed portion for the item to come back?

Rolled in a poster tube is the way to go. just buy two tubes one slightly larger than the other, but make sure the poster can fit in both tubes. then put postage stamps on the one tube and take the whole thing to the post office to mail it out. you'll need them to weight the Return poster tube, so you know how much stamps to put on it.
