Look for an Ukrainian and Polish autograph collector

Hello,
I'm the webmaster of the french website Monde des autographes (http://mondedesautographes.free.fr) and I look for an Ukrainian and Poland autograph collector to help me to find address.
Indeed, I would like to write to some former leaders of this countries but I don't know all the address to write them.
For the Poland, I try to write to the former President Wojciech Jaruzelski.
For the Ukraine, I try to write to the former Presidents Leonid Kravchuk, Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Yushchenko and the former Prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
