The site had a glitch of some kind and we lost like half a million posts and successs. Bad thing is their gone for good it seems.

as far as I know, admins never gave a reason

It took a little digging, but this was the thread where an explanation was given -

As you can see, it's just a reply to one of many threads regarding the subject. A proper announcement (or even a sticky) was never made. That's why a lot of people still don't know that it was already explained and keep making new threads asking about the problems.

I went on a few weeks a go and my total posts dropped from like 150 to 35. I didn't know why...this seems to have explained it.
