Hey LittleBunny,

When you are sending IRCs, you just need to put them in the envelope along with your letter & SAE (self-addressed envelope) if you're sending one.

Whoever you're sending to exchanges them for stamps.

Hey there LittleBunny!!

When I'm at the post office buying IRCs I always make sure that they get stamped as I've heard that they are supposed to be stamped unless they can't work. Although, I've heard a few people on here say that you don't need to!!

Hi LittleBunny :P

IRC's should be stamped in the box on the left hand side where the two letters representing your country are.

If you do have IRC's without the stamp, you can take them back to the post office to be stamped.

However, if you have sent some unstamped IRC's off with your letters, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Many post offices will accept IRC's without the stamp on the left. Just remember to get them stamped next time just to be sure that they will be accepted.

Good luck :D
