hi everyone, i just realized not many people on here use index cards to send out, but I do, and im worried I'll have less a chance of it getting signed. Will I? I heard celebs wont sign IC's because they dont wont them being re-sold matteed (spelling?).

Any suggestions? Answers?

I have seen successes with index cards, but then again I have heard of celebrities keeping the index card and sending a picture instead.
And yes, I think that celebrities have an issue with signing index cards worrying that they might be sold. Hope this helps :D

Good Luck! {up}

It depends, I always send out an index card with my requests because if nothing else at least the celeb has something provided to sign on the spot.

If they choose not to sign it then thats their call, but its hardly going to have cost you anything to send it, nothing more than normal anyway. If they dont want it to be resold theres nothing to stop them personalising the index card is there?

I've got loads of signed index cards in my collection, some mine, some for the charity and some mine.

Just my opinion, but I dont think most celebs have an issue with signing index cards.

Best
Robin

thanks guys! heh, mkainsworth, youve sparked another question...so you said some may keep the index card and send a picture, is the picture a PP, etc.? or may some be authentic?
