Help a First-Timer!

Unread post by FanMailMan »

Hey there :D

I've created a couple of topics asking about Mila Kunis' feedback and addresses. The replies didn't really cheer me up... (Everyone told me she doesn't reply to fanmail at all) But I decided to try it anyway, I've got nothing to lose (unless money, time and the magazine I'll be sending :?)
So, I wanted to know... How do I do that exactly? I live outside the US and both the addresses I have are in the US. I'll be sending 2 letters, one for the Talent Management and one via Venue (Family Guy). One of the letters will have my copy of GQ Magazine, which she's in the cover; and in the other I'll send a regular photo.
So, what should I enclose in my letter? Should I include an envelope with my address in it? Should I put in stamps? What kind of stamps do I use for International Letters? And what's the regular time for a response?

Thanks, and sorry for all the newbie questions

You need to sen her a SASE or Self Addresses Stamped Envelope. However since you are out of the USA you will need to put in a IRC an International Reply Coupon so she can buy stamps to mail it back to you. The postage will cost more than a regular letter so account for that too. There have been successes form this address. Just write a letter saying you are a big fan. The reply could tak 2 weeks to month to never ever showing up Best of Luck :D {up} [us]

oh, this is the first time someone tells me it may work! ahahaha, thanks!
So, I have to send the photo/mag, the letter itself, an envelope with my address and the IRC Stamps. correct?
But the IRC stamps I'll buy and use to send the letter to the US are the same she'll use to send it back?
and thanks for the help, man! :D

Use your country's stamps to send to the US, and include the IRC's so the celeb can buy US stamps to send the response back to you. On a negative note (and as has been told to you already) -- Ms. Kunis does not respond ttm, so you are wasting your money. If you are determined to send anyway why not save some money and only send the photo. Sending a magazine overseas is going to be expensive. Besides she won't return your unsigned items either, so whatever you send will be gone forever.

damn, that's a big slap to the face... guess you're only trying to help... But I've seen here at least 1 successful response from Mila, so that's at least a bit cheering...
But I already have 2 copies of the Magazine (I subscribe it and the mail man delivered 2). So, I'm doing it anyway...
If I get any response (which I'm really hoping I do) I'll post it here (:
BTW, what does TTM stands for?

Thanks (:

And I was wondering... the success they had with Mila in here was through an address of a movie she was filming at the time (Extract), so should I wait til I get an address of a movie she's currently making to send it or the Talent Management/Family Guy addresses are enough?

any other help/ideas/tips?

EDIT:
Reading the Collecting Help forum, I read that I shouldn't try any trick to get multiple autographs. But the thing is, since everyone said Mila doesn't reply, I was thinking of sending one letter to the Talent Management address and the other to Family Guy address... Should I send only one? if so, which one?
