right... this is for two different people:
i have two envelopes, for the photograph which states that it should not be bent
two larger envelopes for the others to go in with my letter and IRCs
6 IRCs (3 for each person)
just need to get the stamps
is that all i need?
do i also need to put my own address on the outside envelope in case it needs to be returned to me for any reason?

Yes I would put your address on the outside envelope in case it needs to be returned also just in case the person loses your address maybe they can use your envelope to find out where it was sent. good luck

one other thing... do i write my address on the inside envelope myself or will the other person do it?

You should definitely also write your address on the SAE your providing for the celeb. As most would probably write your address on it, its better and much faster if you just do it for them!
