I actually live in the us, so i need some help with this. Im wondering how many 1st class UK stamps i should include on my SASE? The SASE will be a 8.5x10.5 envelope containing a picture and piece of cardboard. Any idea how many stamps i would need for this?

International mail from the UK is done by weight only.
So, weigh your item in grams, go to http://sg.royalmail.com/portal/rm/Price ... G-Personal to get the cost and divide by £0.46 which is the value of a First Class stamp :)

You could also use IRCs. 2 or 3 will be good for a photo and cardboard. You can get them at the post office.

Dang so it'll cost 2.07 pounds... That will be five 1st class stamps. That's rather expensive :(
