Outbox?

Sorry i don't know where this goes but anyway when it says that your private message has been sent successfully but then moves it into your outbox did the person you are sending the message to get the message?

Outbox means the recipient hasn't checked their messages yet. Once the recipient checks their messages (regardless of whether or not they opened your message specifically), it moves from the outbox to "Sent messages".
Weird system isn't it?
