I had sent my first fan mail to Alan Rickman early this week, but I just realised i did not attached a return envelope

would i still be able to get an autograph, i did write a return address though...

Many stars will still return something, even if you don't include a SASE. So, I would remain hopeful, although it is less likely that you will receive a response.

Most stars will pay for postage and I don't see why he wouldn't do that for you.

Someone as rich and famous as Mr Rickman probably will return the picture and pay for postage. If you sent him a picture of snape though, you probably wont get it back. He doesnt sign pics of snape for whatever reason, and will return a the picture to the sender. But since you didnt include a SASE, I doubt he would pay the postage to return an unsigned pic, so if you sent one of snape don't expect a return

THANK so much! nope, i didn't sent him any picture, but rather, i made a card for him

As long as your card didnt have an image of snape on it then you should expect a return! Keep in mind though, his returns usually take atleast 6 months. Although back in May, people were getting their photos returned unsigned with a note explaining how he was busy and such. So keep your fingers crossed, I'm also waiting for a return from him too!
