Hi.

If I send 10x13 envelope and two 8x10 photos, how many US Forever Stamps I must include ? USA to Europe ( Poland ).

You will need to know the weight in ounces, then use the calculator on
http://ircalc.usps.gov/

select large envelope

2 photo would be at least 3 ounces. That is 3.46 in stamps-8 forever stamps.
