One IRC won't be enough, I went into the UK postage thing in some detail here (about two-thirds of the way down the page) viewtopic.php?f=2&t=228553

If you haven't put in return postage then you are not likely to get anything back.

That person is a spammer. Look at the signature. The exact same post was made by harrypotterfan.
I mainly collect voice actor and Disney related autographs-Any questions with Disney successes/addresses? Feel free to PM me!
