Anybody from Spain??

I'm from Spain and it is being very difficult to find the IRCs. Is there anybody from Spain that can help me?
I thought buy stamps from the countries I want to write because I think is more easy to get a return with the autographed pics, but for example the USPS Shop dont ship to Spain.

Hola, tengo entendido que los IRC los venden en la oficina de correos, cuestan como 1,80 euros o algo asÃ. Pero si los venden.
PD: Nunca he usado, pero he preguntado y si los venden

dudo que responda xq esto fue en octubre del año pasado, el tipo/a necesitaba cupones de respuesta internacional y si los venden en España y en la of. de correos.
