is it okay if you don't send an SASE because i just send an envelope with the persons name on it and then on the letter i put my address and then also on the envelope on the left hand corner i put my address.........

Is that okay?

I mean, it's not terrible, but you decrease your chances of receiving a reply.

get a blank envelope, address it to yourself, then put stamps on it

Yeah its really pretty simple you just write aletter to the person and inside that envelope you include areturn envelope with your address and stamps...Its not brain surgery to figure this out.

thank you very much for being really helpful sorry no one i know does this so i had to work it out for myself and if you put your own stamps on your SASE why do you need IRC?

If you put your own stamps on the return envelope you don't need a irc. IRC is for when you are sending to another country and you don't have any stamps from that country to put on the return envelope that will be sent back to you because obviously the envelope has to have stamps from the country the item is being sent to you from.

I live in Luxembourg hence i always have to put in IRC so when i put those in i thought there was no need to put in an SASE

Well you should still put in a self addressed return envelope with your irc so that the person doesnt have to get their own envelope and address it because it will just make your chances better.

cool i will do that in future just hopefully my letter than i have sent out wont have gone to waste o to the trash..............
