sorry if i sound stupid, but im not sure how IRC's work. i am sending VV so do i send an IRC? they are SUPER popular so i dont know if they have time to use the IRC's, so i wont get anything back then if i put us stamps on the sase, but their concert is it australia, will australia send it back to me? because i think i'll need australian stamps then

Hi ok if you are sending anything abroad you can include IRC's. When you buy them at the post office they will stamp them, then just put them in the envelope with the photo, letter etc..

When they receive it they would take it to exchange for stamps.

if you can get stamps Australia to your country this would work the same way

If not you could take a gamble and see if they are willing to pay the postage back to you
