ok i live in wisconsin (USA) and want to send sase to france how many stamps do i need? do i need irc? i want alizee's autograph.

I dont know if this is true for all of France, but most of the French soccer teams appear to have no concept of what an IRC is, and you wont get anything back with IRC's. Just a heads up. You would need a .87 Euro Stamp for France to the USA
