Hey I need some help in this !
I use UPU cupons for international responses... Is there a difference between IRC and UPU?
UPU costs aproximately 1.20 each...

I usualy send two of them and I had two responses until now, but I still dont know if 2 UPU are sufficient! (I'm from Portugal and I send letters to UK and USA, I dont know the weight but it's just a envelope and one or two fotos)

I'm getting realy few responses and I'm starting to get worried... :?

Please help!!
