Yes, that photo is copyrighted, pretty much any photos we print are copyrighted, but Mark will still sign it. {up}

Any image which you have not created yourself is copyright to whoever has created it. Most people you write to will sign most things if they sign at all. It's only try to sell copies in a public forum that you're likely to hit trouble from the copyright owner.
