Okay,
I am a MASSIVE Ozzy Osbourne fan and would love his autograph asap. I saw him at Ozzfest last year, and am going to buy Black Sabbath tickets on Wednesday!

Anyway, I am going to send to his address in the database (because ive seen successes and they are amazing) from the UK. If I send just a SAE and no IRC or dollars, will I still have a chance of a reply?

I guess yes. I heard that few people got "Postage paid by..." in few international request ;-)
Sunday - the day of the week between Saturday and Monday. The only day when you have the right to be sad.
