ok i want to send sase to kate beckinsale and shes located in the UK i live in USA (Wisconsin) how many IRC do i need? and much will they cost and are they the only item i need to send over seas? also where do i place them? do i just put them in the envelope im addressing.to her along with my SASE, LOR and Pictures? thanks SO much for all your help! im sooo confused on this!

I don't bother with IRC's anymore, I just send regular US cash with all my overseas requests. About $4.00 is all you'd need to put in the envelope along with your Return Envelope. I've gotten many successes back by doing this.
