I am very new to this an I have no idea what I'm doing what so ever!

Question one) Do I have to send them a picture or can I just just send a letter asking for a signed photo?

Question two) What needs to be put in the envelope?

Question three) If I do put a picture in the envelope where do I get if from?

Quetion Four) Should I use my home address or a PO Box?

Question Five) How much do stamps cost in the states?

Question six) What type of envelope should I use?

1) No, you don't have to send a photo, unless you are sending VV (Via Venue).
2) You need to send a LOR (Letter of Request) and SASE (Self-Addresses Stamped Envelope).
3) There are lots of places, but personally I just use Google Images and print out on photo paper.
4) Either is fine.
5) I can't answer this question as I'm not from there, but this website should help - https://www.usps.com/
6) Any envelope is fine, but make sure it can it bigger than a 6x4 photo.

Now Last Question... How the heck do I ask someone for there autograph?

I know I know someone is probably laughing at me right now but honestly I have no idea how to write a letter asking someone to send me their autograph.....

Not at all.

I write my letters by asking them first if they would please sign the enclosed picture/send me an autograph.

I then say which movies, shows etc I like them in and how much I enjoy their portrayal of xx character. Or which show I am a fan through.

Then I say thanks for taking the time to read my request.
