i want to start collecting Autograph's of my favorite actors/singers.
I live in Belgium ,so i have to use IRC..
But a collector said that it would work too if i added some dollars to the enveloppe to pay for postage.
is this true ? would it work?
i don't really know where to get IRC's .
Please help

yeah you can use dollars if you dont have stamps.
And u can get IRC's in a postal office in your country.
