Which address would I use (New at this, help!)

I am trying to decide which one is the correct one. I live in NYC, same place as where the company where the address is. But there is another one in the UK which says Fan Mail address.

Fan Mail Address:

M.I.A.
XL Recordings
1 Codrington Mews
London, W11 2EH
UK
