Hi,

More then a year past. I have send 9 envelopes with an envelope in it. The envelope in the other envelope, I have put there a US stamp from 1 dollar on it.
My question is, is this 1 dollar stamp to low to send overseas now? Because I got 2 of the 9 back last year.

And if the dollar is to low, huw much should I set on it. And is there someone who can send me stamps against paying with euro's?

I do not know if it's too little postage or not, but there are some celebrities who may not respond. Or they may not have gotten your request either due to the volume of requests they receive or through some mail delivery problem (lost, stolen or damaged mail).

I believe there are collectors here who may be able to provide U.S. stamps. Keep checking.
