How many IRC's or Forever stamps do i need to add????

How many IRC's or US Forever stamps do i need to add to recieve a reply from 'West Washington'???
Please help,i'm so worried and scared id mess it up

Is West Washington a City? Because their's only Washington as a state in the USA. If it is in the States, you'll need to get some of these $1.05 Airmail stamps which is what we here in the USA use when sending letters to other countries such as Belgium, just sent one there last week matter of fact!
One of Two of these will work, depending on how large of envelope your sending for the SASE.

I agree. Airmail to Europe with a small envelope is 1,05$ which would be 1IRC.

I sent 3 or 4 request one month ago and used my 0,98$ stamps which used to be enough
Do you think they'll ever come back to me?

I'm sure you will, I 've still got a lot out that had .98 cents on them too.

I agree with Ryan. They changed the postage price in the end of January... I guess they'll accept 0,98 for some more time.

Do you know someone who sells these? or where i can get them ,i tried the USPS site but can't order them from there :/ i need them pretty quick :/

If you have paypal for payment I have some at our post office.
It might take about a week for them to arrive, as Europe takes a bit for mail to get there.
