Probably there agency..Its really hit or miss either way you go.

Kinda depends on who it's for. some TV shows pass along fanmail, but generally agencies are better set up for accepting fanmail and will pass it onto the celebrity.

To be safe, I would say AGENCY. Some TV SHOWS will throw mail away.

Research each actor independently. For example, Michael C Hall replies a lot from the Dexter address, but I've not seen much from his agency. Other actors are the other way around!
