I send 4x6 photos, still plenty of space for them to sign and they cost less to print and ship.

I usually send 4x6 photos, because it's cheaper than 8x10.
8x10 photos I send only to people I really, really like.

Google is the only place I know that has the best selection. I know on Facebook under photo albums on celebrities fan pages you can download some in high-resolution quality.
