Hello! I was just wondering how many IRCs you send normally. I send everything (my LOR, 1 to 2 pictures, and a 9"x12" manilla envelope) in a 9"x12" envelope. I'm not sure how much that weighs but how many IRCs do youthink that would need? Thanks for the help!

u must be very happy because u can find IRC in my country is very very hard to find IRC. US, UK or other foreign stamps - mission impossible so I in 99% send money 1, 2 or 5 $ or euros

I have had a bad experience with IRCs (Natalia Tena from Harry Potter), so I don't send them. I look up and see if they respond with just a SAE and photo. If not, I don't send.
