is it allowed to draw on a envelope?
or will the postman take my letter out?

I decorate mine all the time and haven't ever had any problem. It's perfectly fine to do if you want to!

I personally don't decorate mine (just because I can't draw!!), but I know that lots of people do decorate their envelopes and there's never been an issue with it
My penpals usually decorate their envelopes when they write to me & I always get their letters too

I have drawn on the
entire surface of a large envelope with colored pencil, and it arrived just fine. This is what it looked like.

As long as the address is easy to read, you can decorate the envelope as much as you'd like! Lots of people have gotten some great successes because their letter was noticeable. Good luck!
