William Morris Agency Question

Sorry if I've put this in the wrong section, but I have a question concerning the William Morris Agency. I noticed there are two addresses for the William Morris Agency, but which one is correct, if not both? Here are the addresses:
151 el Camino Dr.
Beverly Hills, CA 90212
One William Morris Place
Beverly Hills, CA 90212

Both addresses refer to the same location for the William Morris Agency. You should be able to write to either one, and they will still reach the same destination.
Here's a bit of trivia for you, taken from the William Morris' Agency website
http://www.wma.com/0/locations/beverlyhills/
Today, the Agency is located at William Morris Plaza on El Camino Drive. In 1998, the street was re-named William Morris Place by the City of Beverly Hills on the occasion of William Morris' 100th Anniversary.
