but struggling to get canadian stamps
can i use usa stamps on my return ssae to the uk?
or do i put some us dollars in letter? and how much

The best thing would be Canadian staps. You can look for someone to trade with or try to find some on e-bay.

US stamps are only good for letters starting in the US.
