Jennifer Lawrence autograph success or not?

I sent a mail to her from Hungary but in the post office here they said they cant put stamp on the re-send letter because they dont know the taxes in the USA and only USA can put stamp on it and in her webpage it says " Please send a self addressed stamped envelope" so i wont get answer now or what should I do?
