Can I use UK 1st,2nd stamps for overseas letters?

Unread post by rubens2006 »

I checked this page
http://www.royalmail.com/discounts-paym ... mps/prices
but was not sure whether I can use my 1st,2nd UK stamps for SASE as I'm not in UK.I've recived some 1st stamped envelopes before but not sure if they're really available.
And if they could be of use,is the international postage equals the same value of the UK domesitic postage?
Thanks!:)

Hi :)

If you are asking about UK stamps on an SASE from UK to your country, the answer is yes.

To get a price, see Price Finder here (select overseas as destination)

1st stamps are worth £0.60, and 2nd £0.50.

You can use any stamps for airmail as long as the value is high enough to cover the postage :)
