I wouldn't assume that a celebrity is automatically going to send you a picture. I get my photos online off the internet, upload them to Wal Mart's photograph website, and have them develop the prints. I think they charge around $3 for one 8X10, and they offer smaller size pictures as well.

After mailing fees, it's cheaper to find the images online and have someone develop them. I don't know what Boots is, but surely some store in the UK can develop pictures for you.

I would recommend sending your own photograph. Not all celebrities have photographs on hand to send out to you. I have always printed and sent my own.

That is really up to you. 6x4, 5x7 or 8x10 are most popular. (6x4 is postcard size if you are unsure.)

There are lots of websites to find photographs. I know some members here use specific sites, but I just use Google. (Make sure the image size is set to Large.)
I save the image on my computer and then get them printed off.

Boots will be able to develop the photographs for you, or any other photo retailer, like Jessops etc. I get mine from my local photo shop when I am in the UK.
Also, I wouldn't buy photographs off eBay as you can get your own cheaper than 99p. (That last bit is just my opinion though.)
Just to let you know, some photo places refuse to print some images due to Copyright Law, but I have rarely found that.

I hope this helps you EmmaSheree!
