IRC Mail to Ireland Help!

Hi I'm trying to get an auto-graph from Jack Gleeson (Joff of Game of Thrones), only I'm having a bit of trouble understanding the IRC system.

I live in the UK and assume I need an IRC to mail to ireland. Does anyone know if I can get IRCs in the Post Office? A lot of people seem to be having trouble getting their hands on one. Or, alternatively, are foreign stamps sold there?

Any help or advice on posting from the UK to Ireland would be appreciated.

Hi, IRC's have now been withdrawn for sale in the UK- genuinely not a case of hard to find any more, they are not for sale.

The only suggestion I have is to use foreign currency, get some 5EURO notes (smallest note) and send with your SAE.

Or you could look at the Irish postal service website and see if you can order stamps, but would probably work out expensive with delivery charges& a minimum order.

I've just looked at his address page, and yes the Fan Mail address is Ireland. But the Venue address counts as UK so maybe worth a try there first? No need for all the hassle as you can use UK stamps.
