Does anybody know how much first class stamps I should put on 9" x 12" manila envelope
with a LOR & 1 picture inside of it? It's my first time sending out fan mail.

if your in the uk and sending your request in the uk it would go as a large letter(2nd large letter 0.70p/1st large letter 0.90p)
