IP/VV in Cologne, Germany?

Hello everybody,
Im living in Cologne, which is like the Media/TV/Film/Music-Capital of Germany and next month Jennifer Lopez, Sean Paul, Lady GaGa, Coldplay, Milow and Amy MacDonald are going to be around in the city, as well as many actors shooting/promoting their new movies. I checked the two highlighted topics on VV + IP tips, but the problem is, that we have 3 international and 5 smaller airports around, about two dozens of 4/5 star hotels. Also I checked the VV list, and although Lady GaGa and Coldplay already signed VV around here, it seems like the major venues dont pass VV requests to the artists. Does anybody know what I can do to get closer to my goal, because it kind of freaks me out, that they are like 15 minutes from my house and I (currently) wont be able to get autographs....
