hey
I have a question.
I Live in The Netherlands in Europe and they told me that I can't get a response back because of the valuta or something weird and they dont sell an international reply coupon since 2002. I want to send an envelop with a letter and another envelop to send back to me for autographs but they told me that that was impossible. does anyone know what I should do?

i can't get irc's in the uk
all i do is either buy stamps for the country i want to sent to
or put $2/3's in with letter to cover return postage
i have had replies with both of those methods

How do you buy the stamps from the country?! Surely you need airmail?
